As Istanbul Laser, all our laser cleaning machines are under official warranty against manufacturing defects.
However, some parts that are directly exposed to the operator during use fall into the consumption/operator responsibility group according to international standards and are not included in the warranty.

Parts not covered by warranty:

• Focus lenses and protective lenses

• Electronic/optical parts of the hand gun

These parts are not covered by warranty as they are subject to natural wear and tear due to usage.
