Fiber Laser Source 3000W – Hand Torch

3 kW hand-torch laser welding machines offer the operator a much faster, cleaner, and more comfortable working experience compared to traditional welding methods. Our 3 kW machine allows for welding thicknesses of approximately 8-10 mm. The dual wire feeder allows you to use single wires in sizes 0.8, 1, 1.2, and 1.6 mm, and double wires in sizes 1.2, 1.6, and 2 mm. The dual wire unit allows for a thicker weld appearance with simultaneous double-wire deposition. Our product utilizes conventional welding wires.

Thanks to its ergonomic design, the welding gun is lightweight and fatigue-free, even during extended periods. Its flexible structure precisely follows the user's hand movements, enabling high-precision work in tight spaces, complex geometries, and on thin sheet metal.

Because laser welding requires minimal heat input, the material remains undeformed, eliminating the need for post-weld grinding, deburring, or surface finishing. This reduces labor costs and significantly shortens production time.

As Istanbul Laser, all our laser welding machines are under official warranty against manufacturing defects.
However, some parts that are directly exposed to the operator during use fall into the consumption/operator responsibility group according to international standards and are not included in the warranty.

Parts not covered by warranty:

• Fiber optic cable

• Focus lenses and protective lenses

• Electronic/optical components of handheld laser gun

These parts are not covered by warranty as they are subject to natural wear and tear due to usage.
